Definitely will spread the word and continue to shop here. Thank you for your help in setting up my first dream tank, Red Sea 425 XL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute horrible customer service. I ordered a pair of clownfish that ended up being backordered and no one contacted me about it so I canceled my order a week ago and I am still waiting for them to refund me my money. I Will never deal with aquarium depot again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crazy people! Have you ever seen Amy's baking company? Yeah these people are crazy and argue with people like some wacked out lunatics demanding good reviews for their poor service. You know what the best thing to do is go in there take a huge stinky dump in the washroom and don't flush... just leave them a big chunky nutty sticky log floating in the crapper

Same-day delivery in the GTA is great, and if you go into the store they know their stuff and can offer good advice.
Hands-down, best place for aquarium dry goods in the GTA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business is real and legit. The prices are so low I doubt it was real. I visited the store in Mississauga and had the pleasure to meet the owner. Very respectful and attentive. Customer service is top notch here. I bought a uv Sterilizer came brand new with warranty.

Prices are amazing, but never at the cost of sacrificing the quality of their products, or the well-being of the livestock. The staff is knowledgeable and will support you in purchasing and recommending products that are the right fit for your unique setup. The staff and owners provide a luxury experience that meets all your needs. This will be the only aquarium store I purchase with, as I know I am getting the right product at the right price. Special Orders have never been an issue. You will not go wrong buying from Aquarium Depot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time I ordered with them. I have to say by far the best price in town (at least 10%-15% cheaper) than any other shop. The customer service is great. The persons I spoke to are very helpful and polite. I went just before the store closing. My items were waiting for me and I was able to get something I didn't order online. However the associate was able to get them from their inventory. I will definitely shop with them again. I wish their Toronto store opens soon as Its a long drive to Mississauga but its worth it. Keep up the good work guys!!!
