★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a structured facility there is nothing wrong. When it comes to the adult co Ed and women’s soccer league that is run under the company, that is a completely different story. This company, Bradfordsports dome allows a tolerance for physical violence on players. They do not provide a safe space for athletes to play a recreational sport. They are not sanctioned nor follow the rules of Ontario soccer association. The level of skill is below recreational, where individuals are constantly being injured and with no consequences to those that are in the wrong. Rules and policies apply to some and not other, how they determine is based on skill. Management at this facility is completely unprofessional. They have little to no knowledge of how to manage a business, support their players or the actual sport of soccer. I have played soccer at all levels for too many years to count. I have never encountered a league like this. I have never encountered management at such low caliber at any establishment. I would never recommend this league to anyone of any skill level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there to watch a college indoor tournament. Good central location for those who live north of the city. Would be good to have some spectator seating; expected bleacher seating but it's a BYOC ("bring your own chair") establishment. Otherwise a good facility with lots of parking and easy to find. I overheard a couple of the players mentioning that the turf could be refreshed as there is little cushioning (and it does look well-worn).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible customer service. Called in Monday April 25th. During the afternoon, there was this younger gentleman who picked up and has absolutely no clue how to do his job. I wanted to get a price on a field and reserve a field. I have 3 teams of 16 players playing regularly 2x a week. We normally play in Vaughan or borderline Sauga. I've convinced my guys to play in Bradford because I played here and the fields are a decent size. I called 3 times in the morning and no answer. Called 4 times in the afternoon and some clueless kid picks up. He said he couldn't help me because his supervisor wasn't there. I told him it's urgent because are looking to book for Tuesday or Wednesday and possibly again on Saturday. On the website it shows that it was available. I told him to plesse contact the supervisor and give me a call back. I left my number and email with him and thanked him. No one has contacted me since. Very dissapointed because I called in again today 6 times and no answer. I hope the owner reads this and finds a suitable employee. Take care.
