★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a chain off joe in the summer and it was absolutely amazing the craftsmanship and the quality of the gold was excellent the thing about Joe’s shop that’s different to others is that he has quality over quantity he takes pride in his work and everything is custom-made by hand he is very knowledgeable about his products, definitely going back!

They walk you through every last detail and give you input if you ask them. They don't try to up-sell and pressure you either. Joe even recommend smaller diamonds on my wedding band due to the contrast against the engagement ring. Who does that? They DO NOT lack in honesty or integrity. A+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and spoke to Joe the jeweller, for an estimate to repair a broken 24 K gold “W” clasp for a gold necklace. His quote was extremely reasonable. I attended at the store and he repaired it right away, by soldering the broken section. He also reshaped the clasp, and offered advice on how to open and close it properly. It looks great! Joe is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He designs and makes very nice jewellery that is on display at the store. A very good experience and I would highly recommend him!
