I had some not-everyday policy changes, and the staff helped me to figure out what was exactly needed, without jumping to conclusions, and took the time to understand the situation. They also noticed that my claim discount was incorrect and took it on them to contact ICBC about it.
Again, the staff is very friendly and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to go if you want to sit and be ignored for 15 minutes while employees are chatting amongst themselves then walk right past you without even acknowledging you, it’s like myself and another customer were invisible Left and went across the street to the competition, completely different experience! Will never go back to HUB in Sooke!

We had lots of issues with the delaer we bought our vehicle from and she helped us sort everything out. She is friendly, professional and efficient. We will be moving all our insurance over here. Thanks Jennifer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to renew my auto insurance, they told me they'd add me to a waitlist and give me a call back when an agent was free. They couldn't give me a rough time estimate when I asked. Last time I was added to their waitlist I never recieved a call back at all. After an hour with no call I decided to go in person. Once I arrived, the place was dead, and I was the only client in the building the entire time.
