E	Ezinara Msiska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time staying here, but it's my first visit under their new management. I loved it the first time and the second time was great too. Check in was kind of slow but check out was quick and easy. The room was clean and fully functional. Loved the hot tub in the room, I think that was one of the highlights of my stay. Some of signs need to change though, some still say 'coast hotel'. But regardless, I enjoyed my time here!
T	Tara Jalali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ polite staff but: inferior hotel, mucky rooms, cheap service Constructive footnotes: - The air conditioning from the second floor drips right onto your head at the entrance. - The toilet paper was less than half full and I expected there to be fresh roll given the pandemic - The admittedly old, torn, tattered rag in place of a white fluffy towel is not doing anybody a favor - there's mold around the tub and the back splash caulking needs to be redone - the bathroom positioning is not standard and it's too close to the wall - the sink was not spotless - there were gross hair strands on the toilet seats - the first room's air conditioning did not work; when rooma are reserved and confirmation has been received, the room should be at a reasonable temperature upon guest's arrival.. rather than having the guests move to a different room at midnight.

Couple small things the tub drained a little slow on the left sliding doors heading into the bathroom the metal handle falls out frame was able to put it in but might need to be glued in, couple of cobwebs in the corner of the room.
V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: It was clean and had everything we needed. I like that it included a mini-fridge, little freezer, and microwave. I liked having a king bed and it was a good size room. Very close to downtown Penticton as well, and a good price. Negative: At night, the room was very bright. Make sure you bring an eyemask, I found it very hard to sleep due to the outside lights they have on all night. It shines all around the curtains and it's not dark at all in the room when you sleep.
K	Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: My husband and I had a wonderful stay here during May long weekend. We had a king room which was comfortable, well appointed and very clean. The best part was the new bed, we both had a GREAT sleep and would definitely stay here again!
