★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and nurses are phenomenal and have amazing patient bedside manner. I have been very pleased once I am in a room.
However the front staff are incredibly rude, offer little assistance and lack empathy. It would do them well if they considered patients require friendly assistance and keep in mind patients could have a lot of worries. I find them terrible to deal with and they do not provide the patient care you would hope to see at the first point of contact when needing to seek medical assistance. It is a shame the great doctors are prefaced with that representing them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great clinic filled with caring doctors who genuinely listen. However I don't recommend this clinic if you need to be seen urgently for something like a bladder infection, or time sensitive issues. They are usually booked for weeks, and its impossible to see your doctor for at least 5 days. They are very quick however with prescriptions, refills, and the doctors care about mental health just as much as physical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for a few years now and Dr. Hamdi along with all the staff I have dealt with have been kind, caring and super helpful. Dr. Hamdi is excellent, ask lots of questions and is always receptive to my own questions and concerns. This is light-years better care than I have been accustomed to at previous clinics and a big relief when dealing with health issues to know someone has your best interest at heart.
I wholeheartedly recomend the clinic if you can get in. I hope everyone has similar excellent care available to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the two physicians here. Dr Eljorani IS very sweet and thorough. She is a fantastic family doctor. Her Nurse Practitioner is a great patient advocate as well. Caring, Kind and Professional Physicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Hamdi is excellent takes the time away from the computer and actually talks to the patient so you’re never rushed out for the next appointment. He is diligent and takes the time to fix things along with seeking out alternatives, we are glad to have found him as our original doc retired and we’re lucky to have found Dr Hamdi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’ve gotten rid of the rude coloured receptionist, the original receptionist is still there (aboriginal I believe) always so nice and polite and the blonde lady that’s doing training to become a nurse, their both the best!!
Dr Hamdi is very through never seems rushed, takes the time do a good examination, I highly recommend!!

I owe him a debt a gratitude for his knowledge and treatment. Most of my family have also become patients of his and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Hamdi is amazing and so is the staff! He is thorough and on top of your file.! He’s not only extremely compassionate but so kind! He contacts you and refers you to a specialists immediately, as well as, getting you to do the appropriate tests as soon as possible. He’s the kind of doctor I have searched to have for years! I am so extremely grateful he took me on as his patient.
