★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would recommend! We had a duct cleaning and furnace inspection completed in which the guys (Riley and Adam) did an excellent and thorough job.
We had an old furnace, which was time and needed to be replaced.
We decided to stay with Home Service Plus as the guys doing the work were honest and professional, they took the time to show us and explain the issues and options as to how to proceed.
On the day of the install the Ryan and Rob arrived promptly, were extremely professional, and did an amazing job. They replaced my thermostat and removed some old humidifier thing from the wall we had no idea what it was for.
Thank you for your excellent service, we will be using you in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never so mad in my life! Furnace leaking water on floor after only 3 years. Not sealed properly. Should have had straight pipe and they installed 2 junctions. Secretary said my warranty was voided b/c I did not get furnace cleaned thru them every year for past 3 years. Even if I got it cleaned by someone else the warranty was voided. What a ripoff! They never tell you this stuff! Should still have Mfr's warranty and labor for 10 years is what I was promised. Never use these guys again!!!

We had the furnace installed and duct cleaning completed by Home Service Plus previously, and I guess our AC felt it was time for its retirement too.
We were very impressed with how professional, efficient, and the quality of work done by the guys! We called them back to have our old air conditioner replaced and we were not disappointed. Ryan (one of the same installers for our furnace which was a great experience) and Drew (who did an excellent job) thoroughly explaining the process of installing the new air conditioner and removed the old eye sore.
A few days later, I noticed that there was water around the furnace. I contacted the company, Ryan came back the following day and replaced a hose on the pump. NO ISSUES SINCE!
All the technicians and helpers that I have been in my home have been upfront and professional!
I recommend them fully and will continue to use their services!

Our old one was acting up and Eli of service came. They took off the call from our final bill - that was a very reasonable price btw. The installers Rob and Eli had vast experience and seemed to really enjoy their work. Was nice to hear laughter in our home, as it's been pretty quiet through this pandemic.
Highly recommend this company, top notch in my books

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Home Service Plus to do the annual inspection and cleaning of our hot water furnace & boiler in February 2021.
A significant part of the annual service on a hot water heat furnace is that the overflow tank should be drained.
Home Service Plus did not do this.
Another significant part of the annual service on a hot water heat furnace is to vacuum the dirt off the heat exchanger.
Home Service Plus did not do this either...
Home Service Plus did spend some time in our basement in February 2021, but we are not sure what they did, but we are 100% sure that they missed these 2 areas..
Because,
On December 21st, at 6:00pm the pressure relief valve blew because the system pressure had increased to the point that it had nowhere else to go ..as a result of the overflow tank not being drained, causing water to pour out of the overflow, which rapidly covered the basement floor.
We called Home Service Plus to see if they could fix the problem - and a nice man did come to our house - but he very politely told us that he couldn't help us "because I don't know anything about boilers"
We then spent the night without heat.
In the morning we contacted a company who came out promptly. That company then asked us about the service that was done this spring..when we told them who it was, the technician said, point blank - "if they had actually performed that this service, this would not have happened".
We cannot recommend Home Service plus.

I have had to make an emergency call and was pleased have get through after hours and have them come down. Friendly service and happy to help. Highly recommend as they will tell it to you straight.
