He came the day and time slot that was booked, and gave me a courtesy phone call to let me know he was coming shortly. He was very polite and personable and did a thorough job of cleaning my boiler. He explained what he did and how my boiler was functioning.

It was great to see that the company hasn't lost its touch. Of course - a company is only as good as its staff. The person who came to my house, Reid, did a beautiful job. He was calm, knowledgeable, and respectful. These qualities are worth gold. Overall, the usual great experience with Winnipeg Home Services.

He was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a soot build up. He clearly showed me the issues instead of just telling me. He was concerned about our warmth but suggested that we book our cleaning for a weekday so that our cost could be less expensive. I am thankful for him (and the company value he has been taught) that customer comfort is more important than making extra cash.

We had to have our main drain cleaned out and an amazing, thorough job was done. The tech who did the cleaning gave us helpful advice for what to watch and do for ongoing drain maintenance. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them again for any future needs!
J	John Playerson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to use this business. Had them install quite a few furnaces way back. Now I am replacing them all, and these guys are not on the list anymore. All they care about is educating the customer , THAT THEY ARE A BUSINESS, AND MUST CHARGE YOU EVERY TIME THEY COME. When I asked how many bills I must pay before my furnace was fixed, I got no response. There guys are trained to generate service calls so they can collect over 100 each visit for doing nothing. I told them I will pay for their supposed service call, WHEN I GET A PRICE ON FIXING MY FURNACE. They said they would call back with price, and NEVER DID. Good thing I started with my own parts order immediately, and never waited for these guys to price me up. I am sorry i gave this company a lot of business in the past. One of the most rewarding things about installing a new furnace in one of my properties on the 15th of Feb, 2022, was NOT USIING THESE GUYS. Being a business is servicing the customer, not generating service calls. After the fact, I end up finding out this business got rid of its facebook reviews because they were so poor, and I suspect they are involved in creating their own false reviews as well.

Tech called back a couple mins later with my options, which was greatly appreciated! Turns out it was an easy fix that we were able to take care of on our own; however, we called the tech back for help troubleshooting minor question and he was extremely helpful! Very impressed all around with everyone we spoke to and highly recommend.
