★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You don’t have to ask for a better plumber than Jonathan. He is very professional, diligent and knows what he’s doing. He will not recommend a job that you don’t need. He’s very focused on doing the job right and the fee is very reasonable. I’ve been getting the service of a well known plumbing and heating company for a while until I discovered Deep Root Plumbing. Now, we have a go-to-guy when it comes to plumbing and heating in our home. 10 Star rating is an understatement… Thank me later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After experiencing a major sewer backup and many phone calls, Jonathan was the only individual willing to accomodate me into his busy schedule. He showed up within the same morning and accessed the blockage in no time at all. He always responded quickly by text and saved me a great sum on a pipefitting job. He is knowledgeable on older homes and always took the time to explain his work. He is also values safety which is highly appreciated.

I originally had gotten Jonathan’s voicemail and didn’t bother leaving a message since we figured everyone was just booked due to the crazy storm. He called back right when he was available even without me having left a message. Provided great service and advice. Would highly recommend Jonathan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was flood in our basement and Jonathan was the only one who came to rescue us during the flood/rainy day a few days ago. He was very busy but he made sure to finish the job before the day ended. He was professional and quick. He did extra work but didn’t charge us extra! He advised us not to get a service we didn’t need and helped us save money! I would totally recommend Deep Roots to all my friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jonathan answered my text message almost immediately. Our sump pump failed and our basement was flooding. Jonathan helped me over the phone until he was able to get to my house. Once he arrived, he replaced our sump pump. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! I will forsure be using him again for any future plumbing needs. I would absolutely recommend him :)

He was fast and professional and explained what the problem was and showed me why it happened. A few days later he came back to install a new backwater valve. I’ll be using Jonathan’s services in the future and I definitely recommend calling Deep Roots if you have any plumbing or drain issues.
