★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was not great, they are not interested in the satisfaction of the customer, and they take forever to get back to you when you've come to them with an issue of a product that they sell. They are the middle man who takes no responsibility and just go by what was signed off. I would not recommend this place to people who are do it yourselfers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother went to buy flooring for his daughter and they told him at the front desk that they do not serve First Nations people, he was told there was a separate place for them. In this day and age I can't believe this would happen. Shame on you Springhill Lumber. I hope all of our First Nation people take thier business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dishonest company! Spent a week chasing Riley for the materials quote for my garage build. He either ignored my emails/calls completely, or when he did get back to me he promised quote by end of day (never followed through). Finally last evening I received the quote with an expiry date of today. I went down to the office with a certified cheque for the amount on the quote ($21,000), and was told the price would now be $1000 more. Not even 24 hours passed since I received the quote, and the quote date was still valid. Spent a week getting the run around and now all my other quotes have expired. Staff were rude and very unapologetic for their errors. Take your business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family came here today to buy flooring for my sister's home. The lady at the front desk took one look at my family and refused service. Her reason was that "This is not where Anishinabe people can come to recieve service." They were told that First Nation's people are to be dealt with at another desk in a different office. Before my family could speak to the woman and let her know that yes, we are Anishinabe people, but we do not come with or through our reserve, and were on their own time for their own private buy, they were turned away. Today happened soulely because they are Anishinabe people.
My family left. They came out to the vehicle and told me what happened. I went inside and asked for the lady who spoke to my family. There was no use talking to her. She believed she didn't do anything wrong. I asked for her boss and she told me that he wasn't there. So I spoke to a different lady and was given the bosses number. After receiving the number, the first lady tried to offer an apology. I told her "no it's okay. You can apologize to your boss after I speak with him." And walked out.
My mom was in tears sitting outside the building in her vehicle. It is very frustrating being put through situations like this and being judged based on your skin.

Everyone so freaking rude and when trying to contact for anything for services or talk to anyone there they either ignore your calls, take forever to get back to you or just down right rude. Zero customer service. Save the trip go down to Mcmunn & Yates in oak bluff. At least they know what customer service is. Don’t get me started on their drivers at springhill. You guys pick up bottem of barrel drivers ??♂️
