One could only hope that perhaps this company now pays their bills for services that they have had done! The former senior owner of this company has absolutely no scruples and claims he is not responsible for past debts. It’s deplorable. Note: To Mike Wolanik Jr. Thanks for your inaccurate account and useless information of your comment. Yes the only fact that you had right was “it’s family owned” I was referring to your company founder (senior).

We really didn't know what we wanted, so to have recommendations on window style was super helpful. We were pretty nervous about choosing a window company since we have a 70 year old home with certain "flaws" that had to be adjusted for. Mike came out and made sure that everything would fit perfectly. The team also got us completely set up with MB Hydro powersmart, which we didn't even know about. Also the install team did a great job, we really couldn't be happier. Thank you!
K	Kyle Jaworski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs. Please research and hire other Window companies. I will give a brief rundown of events here. Perhaps I'll add some photographs and transcripts/recordings of the phone calls as well. Windows approximately 8 weeks late with the odd e-mail saying 'sorry'. Damage inside the home including broken curtain retainer, trim installed over top of curtain rod bracket, dented wall and destroyed sump pump hose. Shoddy installation practices which include a dull or incorrectly sized air gun that leaves large visible holes and trim which is obviously damaged and should not have been used. Incorrectly cut exterior moulding which one could clearly see was not appropriate. So after numerous phone calls; which included inviting the company owners to come and see the issues, I was threatened with a lien on my house after I said I would like the issues fixed before I completed payment of approximately $10,000. Do I not have the right to see work completed before I pay? Some of my issues were addressed; some were not. I was actually accused of 'complaining for to get something for free'. Do yourself a favour and use another company. This is so way to conduct business or treat customers.
