K	Kendra Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 1 night, after my other hotel fell through at 0030 (when i got off work). Room was 5 stars, they had the same high end bed as I have back home temperputic (a 6000$ bed) first night i slept ao good in 2 weeks. I will note that guest services kept Misgendering me. Even after correcting them and they seeing my id... Kamloops is very Transphobic people here dont seem to have the same understanding of Gender as other citys.
B	Bulldogs Hockey team on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a hockey team stay here at the hotel. The staff and management went above and beyond to ensure our team was well looked after at every turn. It was an excellent weekend for our boys and their families! If you need to stay in Kamloops at a hotel with a team, this is the place!

T	Tim Conrad (timsbits) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lock your vehicles and leave nothing valuable in them. This is a beautiful hotel that I've stayed in twice and unfortunately barely slept in due to my schedule. A shame as the beds are dreamy and I found the rooms are quiet and very nice.

The rooms are well maintained and have always been clean during my stays. The attached restaurant (white spot) has an amazing breakfast that I'm always sure to partake in. Will be staying again the next time I'm in Kamloops.
S	Scott in Ohio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One night stay before our flights home after a ski holiday at Sun Peaks. Greeted as Gold Elite member and given a room upgrade. We were able to store our ski gear in the luggage storage room. Package included two breakfast vouchers at the attached White Spot restaurant. We dined in due to the snow and had a wonderful meal with BC wines. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast the next day had great Eggs Benedict. We had arranged to have a COVID rapid test administered the next morning prior to our first flight, and were allowed to use boardroom for some privacy. Shuttle to the airport was prompt and professional. All in all a great stay!
J	Jady Phan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful stay. I arrived at the airport and called the hotel for the shuttle, which was a 10 minutes drive. This hotel has free shuttle service (I believe it's the only one that has the service) going to and from the airport. Staff was very friendly and welcoming on arrival and checking in. Stateroom is clean throughout, comfortable suites with resting chairs, desk, microwave, mini fridge, and all amenities (pool, workout area, computer work area) inside. I'm impressed. I enjoyed using the Keurig machine for tea ? and coffee ☕.

An ATM in the hotel would be helpful but no big deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and comfy beds. White Spot (restaurant) downstairs was handy and very good. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again
