★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cousin and I were originally only go to stay one night (Sat) but ended up being there for two. I paid Sat they paid Sun. The price was $30 different. I asked about having mine reduced but the clerk said he couldn't credit back my MC because I had the higher rate for Sat.
Seems like a bit of, I call B.S. We stayed in the same room both nights with no additional house keeping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very quiet, large room, tidy. Negative: The pool was not operational when we arrived. I was told that I should have called ahead to confirm that the pool was working and that I shouldn't book online. As I was traveling solo with my child, we were both looking forward to using the pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is occupied more than 80% hard find a parking lot in front. Also breakfast only 3hours. That main must full of people in a small room without mask.so have to check out with out breakfast.even this a little old holiday inn still better a motel in this town.room is clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we pulled in it was -30 and snowing. We were greeted warmly and it was so nice that they had plug ins to keep our vehicle running throughout our trip. Friendly people and a comfortable nights stay. Thank you for your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and well kept. Getting a little run down but not bad. Customer service is exemplary. I did not like the bed in the room I had the first night so I told the front desk. They put me in a bigger room with two beds without any issues or extra cost. I was very comfortable in the room from then on.
The free breakfast they provide (every morning) is easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place if you need someplace to stay in Swift Current.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I travel a lot to smaller locations for work, I get a chance to try a lot of a different hotel chains. I haven't been in an HIE hotel in quite a while so took this opportunity to stay here as I have always enjoyed them. I had no real issues as the stay was clean and comfortable, the price was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. My only issues are 1) the business centre printer didn't work at all - when I asked about it, the staff said it happens with that printer quite a bit. Well - get a new printer Holiday Inn, I imagine you can afford it ;) On the upside - the staff offered to print my documents at the front desk which was very kind of them.
2) It is 2022 - for goodness sakes, offer some non dairy options for cereal and coffee. It costs less than $4.00 for a carton of almond milk that will last three months. It would be lovely to enjoy my coffee at the hotel with almond/coconut/soy - anything that I can have without an allergic reaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice hotel. Breakfast was above average and the rooms were pretty nice. I really like the showers having all the amenities in them. Far less wasteful with regards to packaging and super convenient. Also the staff were friendly helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The rooms were nice, spacious & clean but we heard everything going on around us all night. I¿m pretty sure Andre the Giant was staying above us. Negative: The pool & hot tub were dirty. The water was green. When we asked staff about it they agreed that they would not go in there but that it wasn¿t scheduled to be cleaned until Monday. The rooms are very poorly insulated as far as sound goes.
