★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very good. Food, not so much: "a bit spicy" noodles burned my wife's tongue for an hour. English breakfast tea was decaffeinated - not what I wanted, or asked for. The vinegar they use is 7% acetic acid, so much stronger than the 5% normally served at Canadian restaurants. Bread pudding lacked any trace of cinnamon, and was COLD on the inside - indicative of a microwaved, originally frozen dessert; also had too much caramel sauce. Overall, eat somewhere other than where you lose money to slots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the great reviews, I was very disappointed. Staff was neither friendly, nor rude; they were just there and brought our drinks and food.
The food was poor quality pub grub. I had the special, a bacon cheeseburger with fries, which was more like a tomato lettuce sandwich, with a small hamburger patty somewhere in between, and 11 fries. My coworker ordered the steak sandwich medium-rare. His “steak” was an extremely well done (referring to the doneness, NOT how good of a job they did) thin slice of beef, with its edges curled up because of how overcooked it was.
Would not recommend.
