Terrible customer service and terrible experience. I booked suite for 10 days, however after spending first night I found out that the room is noisy due to the faulty ventilation system. I couldn’t sleep the whole night. The noise was non stop and unbearable. After complaint, the front desk lady promised me that I will be moved to another room upon my return of site seeing in the evening of next day. However in the evening when I asked the front desk for room swap, the answer was “we are fully sold out for tonight” when I told about the room swap commitment, the lady said sorry they can not do anything about it. So the front desk lady told me either I have to stick with the same room or wait until the availability of room in 2 days. It was 6 pm when discussion was happened. Since I had terrible noisy experience last night so I decided to moved somewhere else and hence I found another hotel nearby and moved there but terribly the hotel charged me for that night when I didn’t stay there without considering the fact that I was moving due to their room problem. The front desk lady said this is the policy and I have to pay. Imagine that check in usually starts at 4 pm so it was only 6pm when I was asking room swap per their commitment which they didn’t honor. Customer service is worst, you won’t see Smiley faces behind desk. There is literally nothing in the breakfast to what hotel consider it as “continental”. Washroom faucet wasn’t even working. I will not recommend this hotel, rather choose other places for comfortable stay when you are in Swift Current. You don’t want to ruin your trip due to bad customer service and dealing with unprofessional people serving you in the front desk. Hotel management should take a notice of this.

Great hotel! We had a tough time finding a hotel with Family sized rooms in swift current, but were pleasantly surprised when we came across this one. The pool area is a blast! The slide is fast! Our kids loved it. Breakfast had lots of options. Front desk staff were friendly. Was a really great stay!

Great service! Dani checked us in and was extremely pleasant. Rooms we’re great! I work on the road slot and it’s by far one of the best places to stay!

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. We had a great deal on their Black Friday sale, getting a jacuzzi suite for the price of a regular room. We were on the 2nd floor amd the only issue is that the floor above us was VERY creaky. We were woken up by the people above coming into their room with the creaking. This is of course nothing the staff could do to correct this as it’s structural, but when the time comes for renovations or repairs I would suggest looking into it. Shout out to Jonathan who went out of his way to get us answers regarding the Explore Pass options, even sending us a text after we had checked out.

Home Inn and Suites is one of the nicest hotels in Swift Current. The rooms are beautiful, it literally feels like home - staff is super friendly, and the fact that it does have a waterslide and hot tub - it's great for the family.

Check in was quick, efficient and polite. Room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were the best part, very soft and comfortable

I can't say I've stayed here for the night, but the way they keep the rest of the hotel tells me they are clean and nice. The swimming pool is awesome! We had a group event using their pool and a meeting room for having our food.

Great location to stop for a night travelling through Trans-Canada highway. Close to Walmart and other food stores. The room is clean. Breakfast is included. It was a short stay for us but we had a good night sleep. Only thing we noticed is that we can here the stomping feet of the person above our room but other than that it was all good.
