★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was very nice, staff was friendly....but the staff reused to enforce any COVID rules. Teenagers and adults unmasked in the breakfast area or attending the front desk unmasked. At first I thought wow when they checked my vaccination records and then I realized it was just for show. I am very disappointed with the disregarded for the health of their guests.

Huge Parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. The breakfast is very good. probably one of the better hotels I've been to. Pool and water slide are great for kids. Only downfall is the abundance of lady bugs throughout the hotel. Not bad when they are just by the windows but when they start flying around the hotel it can be annoying.

Stayed here with my daughters hockey team. Staff were very ignorant and clearly not prepared. QR codes are needed but make sure you make sure the staff checks it off on your file. If not they will be asking you for it again because of their idiocy. I understand they have to follow protocol but they clearly didn't like anyone staying at the hotel. Didn't feel welcomed which is really sad. Clearly the staff aren't happy with their jobs and shouldn't be in the customer service industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would absolutely recommend. The ladies at the front desk were awesome and breakfast was perfect. The rooms were very clean and accommodations were great. A bonus is being right next to a gas station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the Pomeroy in Vermilion. Easy check in, nice clean rooms and a very good hot breakfast. I was worried it would be a noisy hotel but it was better than I expected. I will definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at the hotel for almost 10 days. Service was all good. But maybe 2 hours after i checked out, I realized that i forgot my precious antique silver jewelry at the hotel. So, I called the hotel right away and explained them about it and even told them the location where i kept it. But neither i got any reply back from them nor found anything.
