★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel staff, the building is starting to show its age, but the staff make up for any deficiencies.
It might have just been a string of bad luck but when we stayed the hot tub jets were down, the jacuzzi tub jets didn't operate properly.
staff were aware of issues and are working to get them fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in a honeymoon suite , equipped with in room jacuzzi tub . Paid less than $140 for the night. Cheaper than the roach motel I stayed at in thunder bay .
Breakfast was actually a banger , 4/5 . Hot scrambled eggs and a nice selection of breads,pastries and cereals .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of the best road trip bed nights here last week. Best value on our week long trip and an actual breakfast included! The hot tub is above par for these kinds of places, the sauna isn’t something I want to comment on however (why someone would ever varnish a sauna). Fantastic experience given the pricetag of 90 bucks, this is on my list of go-to’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could hear the guest in one of the adjacent rooms “coughing up a lung” at 6:00am and using the toilet. Used to be a great place to stay but this was not a good experience. Room needs updating and housekeeping mediocre. Breakfast just ok..hot items were on the cool side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean hotel, friendly staff and lovely hot tub, sauna and pool area. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and was fresh and plentiful. I would like to say that Melvin who was the employee working at the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Very hard working and kept everything running smoothly and took the time to keep it clean and sanitary. Very much appreciated. We received a courtesy call from the front desk to ensure everything was satisfactory in our room. What a great team. The manager of this hotel should be very proud of them!!
