Staff very helpful. Current protocols are in place. Rooms are clean and quiet. There is a bar / restaurant on site that can be accessed from inside with your room key. They offer happy hour drink specials. There is a limited menu but the burger I had there was very good.

Ok hotel. It was all that was left when I got to town. Not someplace I would normally stay, but staff were friendly and room was fine. Thought price was a bit high for what it was.

Very happy we stayed here. Rooms are clean and modern, beds are nice, service is good and staff are polite and friendly. We would certainly come back here.

Had to stay here for work the other night. Just a heads up for anyone looking to book, the fitness center is still closed and no hot breakfast is offered yet even though vaccination requirements have been dropped in Saskatchewan since Feb 14. Management can comment if things have changed.

The shampoo and conditioner are excellent! Nice clean room. Bed was great. I ordered from the attached restaurant, Smiley's. It is the best chicken caesar salad in Swift Current!

Very good experience. Good value, clean and no issues. Easy checkin, efficient front person. Decent bagged breakfast. Ate at attached pub and meal of fish and chips excellent. Will stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for couple of nights because we had car troubles and the staff was very understanding. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again if we have to. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I’ve never seen a hotel that went out of its way NOT to make money. Yes u read that correctly. You have a hotel that’s boosts banquet rooms and a lounge. Has a breakfast area. Yet do nothing to persuade people to use their facilities. Fact: if u wish to have a wedding which could pull in $1000s of dollars you set the time that guests must be gone at midnight. You no longer offer catering or bartenders. Loss of $1000’s of dollars. Fact: You have no specials from your lounge or promotions. Loss of $1000’s of dollars. Fact: your management team keeps changing pricing of banquet facilities from company to company. Overcharging some (yes Mr. GM we do talk). WE held our quarterly meetings there and My first daughter had her wedding there in 2016. Your banquet manager and team were the absolute best. Then the manager left and no one knew how much to charge and who did what. We stopped having our functions there. We also won’t be hosting my youngest daughters wedding now nor booking the 35 rooms needed for our travelers for 2 days. In a time where businesses are making deals and doing their best to accommodate peoples needs this place is chasing people away. If your not going to utilize every area of the hotel to its full potential and be consistent with pricing. Your never going to make money. Does your present GM have knowledge on how to run a hotel? I think not. This place is for sale however whose going to spend that kind of money when the books won’t be showing a profit. And the longer they carry on like this the harder it will be for people to return. I still stay at the hotel because the rooms are always clean and most of the staff is friendly. Unless the person in charge screws that up as well.
