A couple months ago I went to go take my two very small children swimming, I showed up at the centre and handed my pass and was told there was a new system and it would take a second. A good 5 min passes, my kids are getting impatient (as we are used to just scanning and going). So, as my information was being "re entered" into the new system, the entrance started to fill up with more people. After a couple groups of people entered, the lady who was helping us says to me " the line is getting long now so I am just going to help some other people first" and she asked me to step aside. Why we had to wait when we were the first and ONLY people there when we arrived. So I had to stand there with my two kids getting impatient, holding all of our stuff, waiting for everyone else to go through. After she started re entering a new family into the system and not asking them to wait too, I finally had to remind her that we were STILL waiting. She could have easily taken my info and told us we could get it on our way out. There was NO reason to have humiliated me in front of everyone because she didn't want to deal with a line up. Step to a couple months later I call to register my children for swimming lessons was told by someone that we were registered and everything was good go. I take a look at my confirmation email about a week later to re check which kid went first starting next week, and see that they registered us for the winter classes and not fall classes like I had asked for. By this point if was already full so I had no choice but to stay in the winter lessons. I asked to be placed on the waitlist for two classes. An opening came up for one of the preschool classes and I graciously accepted as it has only been a week since it started. After waiting for a phone ca back for a fee days, I followed up again asking if they got my msg and how I could pay. She said because I paid for winter classes they use that towards the lessons now and they pro rate it because we lost a day for this round so it is left as a credit. Got the confirmation email that everything is fine. 2 hours from lesson time and I get a call again claiming that they were wrong and will not prorate the lessons and we have to pay full price. Since it isn't my issue you had a drop out, PLUS you kept the droup out person's lesson fee also, you did not require a full amount from us as well, especially when it was your mistake for offering it to begin with. Your facility is embarrassing coming from a large City with customer service being a top priority.

Staff was good. The whole facility needs an upgrade. Hot tub hardly works, hot water in the showers takes forever. Would be nice to have family change rooms.

Teach pool closed...still had to pay full price. Main pool colder then normal for swim meet day before...still had to pay full price. Sauna not working...still had to pay full price. No slides or any other fun activities for kids. Hot tub limited to 6 people at a time. Showers did not have warm water.

It is a pool, that's for sure. The facility is definitely showing its age. There is a large Olympic sized(? I think) swimming pool, a smaller (and warmer) teach pool, a hot tub, and a dry sauna. Everything is extremely medium and adequate. It is usually quite clean.

Stopped in for a swim while on a multi day road trip. My toddler enjoyed the training pool. It was warm and had a ledge for him to stand in and toys to play with. The staff were warm and friendly. Unfortunately the change rooms were not clean and the showers don't have hot water... and it was $7 for an adult at the family swim. Other small community pools I've been to only charge $3-$5 and they are way cleaner and have hot water.

The big pool was very cold today. The change room was a disaster. Put some temporary wire shelves in there (that are easily sprayed down with cleaner) for people to put their clothes on. There was clothes and coats and bags on all the benches leaving nowhere to sit.

It's in need of a face lift, changing rooms are not the best for parents, and the lifeguards are too young and inexperienced to be telling adults what to do.
