★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pool area is very small, unkempt, loud. Any noise at all reverberates deafeningly in the enclosed space. Hot tub in pool area comfortably seats only three -- very small. Hotel itself is on par with similar hotels, but the horrible experience with an area that should be for relaxation is too much to overlook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff said hello every time I passed one. I was anxious about my trip and the staff were great at making me feel welcome. Which helped calm my anxiety.
I did sleep poorly, but the hotel was not at fault.
Front desk staff were very pleasant each time I phoned down. And didn't seem upset, even though I called about breakfast hours twice in my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove into town with no reservation in the late evening. No problem getting a room. Guest services were very easy to deal with. Room was well appointed with everything we needed. Love the choice of soft and firm pillows. Also love the extra towels/cloths in the bathroom. Breakfast choices were few but what was there was hot and good. Nice to see during COVID times. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean. Good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’m from out of town so the first morning I missed breakfast time, but the front desk employee allowed me to go in and get something to eat. This was very helpful as I had a loved one in the hospital which charges a great deal for food. The room was very clean and comfortable. Felt very safe at the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The room is nice and clean, the sheets smells good and the bed is comfy,staff are good, I have no issues with our stay. Negative: Would be nicer if the pool and the hot tub is a little bigger. Hot tub capacity is only 4 people, so we had a hard time getting in, we waited for a while for others to get out of the hot tub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On arrival after 4:30 pm, staff was still scrambling to get rooms ready. Our room was comfortable with very comfortable beds, but we found garbage left from previous guests. Also, only one small trash container in entire room. Hot tub was out of service.
Location of hotel is near many good restaurants, but the neighborhood did not feel especially safe to walk around in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unorganized upon arrival. Check in time was 3PM. We arrived at 4:30 and they were scrambling to find us an appropriate clean room. The pool & hot tub were closed initially - some sort of maintenance needed. The pool eventually opened, the hot tub did not. Room was comfortable, but could have been cleaner - one of the grandkids found garbage on the far side of the bed. Also, only one tiny garbage bin provided, inadequate for two adults and two children. Breakfast was adequate - more variety would have been nice (bacon and sausage instead of two types of sausage, plain omelettes in addition to Denver omelettes). Staff we dealt with were polite and friendly. Location close to stores and restaurants, however the neighborhood was not all that nice.
