I have to tell you I am very pleased with my stairlift!
The installer, Hamayoon, was congenial and went over the top to help meโฆ using his drill/screwdriver to help me with the curtain rod I was installing!!
Great service, great people, great value.
I am recommending you and your company to my friends.

โ โ โ โ โ Purchased a stair lift and had it installed on a Saturday. My husband who was ill used it once the following Sunday to get to the hospital. He passed away a week later. Having used the lift once I called HME to see if they would buy back the brand new equipment and the answer was no. But they could come and remove it and dispose of it. REALLY??? What do they do with that? Rent it out?

โ โ โ โ โ I purchased a chair lift for my parents and right from the start I have been very impressed with my dealings with HME, particularly with Matt Hodgins who is one of their sales consultants and has been my โgo toโ person. Always available to answer my questions. Matt and the technicians are professional, friendly, and responsive. Turn around time for the assessment, installation and maintenance (following Covid protocols) was done quickly. I canโt say enough of the amazing customer service HME has provided so far! Thank you Matt!

โ โ โ โ โ I cannot believe this is what the company did to our recent purchase. We just recently purchase a wheelchair for my father. The company charged over $5000 and pre collected the 1st month and the 2nd month of lease payment in advance. We made the full purchase payment at the middle of the 2nd month based on the communication from the salesman that they will refund 50% of the 2nd pre collected lease payment since the ownership was changed from lease to purchase. However, they rejected to refund us after they received the whole payment. When I asked them to honor their own salesman word, they rejected. When I asked them to refund my money back and continue to lease as they already charged us, they also rejected and stated this was considered as final purchase. What a self-conflict joke. I hope everyone who read my message here will think carefully when you decide to do business with them. I will never do any business with such a company without honesty and integrity. In addition, I will report this company to Business Bureau and Revenue Canada about their rental policy to avoid double charge to other customers. I am a designated accountant holding 3 licenses(CPA/CGA/CMA), and I am responsible for every word I write here.

From the initial assessment (they came out that day and quoted) to the installation team, I was impressed! The tech told me they are the largest Bruno stairlift dealer in Canada, I can see why - great team, highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ HME installed a Bruno Elite Curved Stairlift for us. Our sales rep Gavin was friendly and helpful in providing information about each model and its features. He would follow up on any concerns and is pleasant to work with. On the day of installation, Jay and his team was punctual, professional and efficient in setting up the stairlift. Everything went smoothly and Jay was very patient in explaining the workings of the stairlift. Overall we had a good experience with their team.
