I reached out to several laser cutting studios and businesses across the Lower Mainland. I ultimately went with CNC604 because they were super responsive to my initial inquiry, courteous during follow-up questions, and provided excellent customer service. As this was my first laser cutting project, CNC604 was patient and insightful when guiding me on how to approach laser cutting on wood, including a recommendation to print text instead of cut, because it would look better. The quality of their wood work was outstanding. CNC604 laser cut the game board design on birchwood with crisp lines and intricate detail. Once I stained, glued and assembled the game pieces, I was further impressed by the detail and durability as the wood did not warp or bend when moisture was applied. Again, super impressed and highly recommend CNC604 for laser cutting.

I had a last minute gift I wanted engraved before I left town and even though it is usually a three day turn around, they helped me out and got it done in one day.
