I could change the schedule of when they came to restock and were very quick to send someone in if there was a machine issue. Recommend for the film industry. They provide all kind of coffee machines, water dispensers (with sparkly water, hot options) etc. for a crew of over 300. Thank you!

Sometimes life throws us a curve ball and there aren't perfect days but listen to me when I tell you there IS perfect coffee and Thirst First will be there to make sure you get it into your office. 10/10 (PS they let us name our machines and some of the techs learned their names too. Like seriously, how cute is that??)

I've had the pleasure of working with Steven as our account manager who has always been very responsive to every request no matter how small. Any service requests are addressed in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to our office. In addition, Steven is always proactive to ensure our inventory is adapted to our changing needs, including the introduction of alternatives when an opportunity exists. As an office manager, I have been very happy working with Thirst First as they make my work much easier and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for coffee refreshment services!

From the start Clayton really tried to understand our office needs to ensure we got the perfect machine for everyone, which we did! Fast response time and communication is always clear. The setup was fast and efficient and there have been no issues. The team was very respectful of the covid procedures in the building.

Our office was closed over the holidays for 2 weeks, and I wasn't aware that we were so low on coffee supplies. Sure enough, we had completely run out, and it was almost the end of the world.. I emailed Steven, told him the situation and that SAME DAY, there was a guy who came by.. It was so great and it was like the clouds parted in the sky and (Steven) dropped one of your guys off to us.. Was awesome that he got him to come by (same day), I asked him if he was going to be our new coffee guy and he said that he's a service technician and doesn’t usually do these delivery/service calls, but came by for a 911 emergency drop off.. Should I ever get the responsibility to manage the Facilities portfolio again, I will certainly be recommending they use ThirstFirst if they don’t have anything set up already.
