I don't understand why this place only has 3.2 ⭐ Eva in the makeup department is amazing! and super helpful to our family ? and the pharmacy staff is friendly and efficient and knowledgeable. Five stars for me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The pharmacy is fast for the load of customers coming in. Rayz was funny and very informative. The store is full of great deals. Sidewalk clean and plenty of parking

Sure you can say whatever you want about the pharmacy department but let me tell you something. Eva in the make up and perfume section is absolutely bomb every time I come in there she’s nothing but smiles and amazing customer service. She knows exactly what I’m looking for even if I don’t have the descriptive words for example I needed a perfume I explain to her how I wanted to smell without even really knowing what that smell was and she found it. She’s also one of the sweetest women I have ever met she’s so genuine and sincere and her customer service just goes above and beyond more than you would expect. Shoppers drug Mart better appreciate her and pay her well because if I ever owned a business she’s the first person that I would find to hire and I would pay for her vacation to the Bahamas with her family if I was her boss. Anyways if you hate the pharmacy but you need a good gift idea for your partner but you’re not sure what to get go see Eva!

The Murrayville Shoppers' is sure not like the Shoppers' at Langley Crossing. I have left my email address with the staff "umpteen" times requesting that they drop me a note when my prescriptions are ready. My prescriptions are often late ... I must often wait around for them to be filled. They do not advise me at all whether by email or the telephone. Maybe it's because they are so busy [?]. In all fairness the Staff are really nice and helpful ... a pleasure whom to deal. Gordo Weitzel Langley, [Murrayville], BC

Worst experience every time. Ordered on the phone was told it would be ready by 3:30 sitting here waiting now 4:02. It's the same everytime I come to the pharmacy. My daughter is waiting at school for me to pick her up in tears she needs her pain meds. Can't just leave.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. The young girl that helped me when I dropped off my prescription didn't seem to care much about anything. Not friendly or welcoming. I had just gotten out of day surgery and just wanted to get home as quickly as possible. The prescription was done quickly which was the best part however we had a hell of a time picking up when it was ready. I had my benefits card info on my phone and she kept saying I need to get a physical card. Manulife hasn't issued physical cards in a couple years from what manulife has told me. She gave me a Hassel about missing 2 digits. Then said we couldn't leave until talking to the counselor about how to take it responsibly etc which I understand but we had to wait a while before we were approached just to find out she had been close by the entire time. Not the experience I want to have on the way home from surgery that's for sure. And this is not the first time at this pharmacy either. The brookswood location was just as bad as that's where we stopped first. The girl there was just the same. I don't think the shoppers pharmacy owners care about service which should be top priority with every single customer and leave the attitudes at home.

I’m a bit shocked. I just spent a day trying to resolve a missing prescription shortfall and then ‘refused’ that same prescription because their computer system said it had been picked up. They would not fill my shortfall - even though it had already been paid for - until the Pharmacy Manager checked the security tapes to ensure I wasn’t lying. Apparently, after checking the video tapes, a ‘computer glitch’ marked the prescription as ‘picked up’ and they can now release my prescription. So, the pharmacy - supposedly dedicated to the mental and physical well being of patients - withheld my medication based on their false suspicions and computer errors. They don’t know me anymore and they don’t trust me - even though it’s *clear* - in their own records - that I’ve been with them for decades. Honestly, I’m torn with what to say - there are *good* pharmacy staff here that I’ve dealt with for years - good people! But since a change in ownership and an ironic *increase* in staff, the service has declined significantly to a level that now leaves me feeling unsafe. I’ll take my care elsewhere.

I would like to say that this is a very busy location. The shopping area itself is always kept good and clean. Someone is always there to help. I admit the old pharmacy staff I did not get along with, they were quite rude and very judgemental. I HAVE to say that the new staff that this shoppers has hired in the pharmacy division is top notch. They will do everything in their power to help you. I just want to remind people that a pharmacist only has so much power and are limited to what they can do to help you. At some times it has to be the individuals doctor who fixes the problem. As I basically only use the pharmacy as I am on a specialized medication for my personal unique situation. I see them twice a week and they are always polite and working as hard as they can ! I want to give a huge 5 star shout out to Robby and the new roster of staff he has put together ! Great work guys ! You know which Cody this is ! I also want to say that the lady’s in the cologne and perfume section are hands down very sweet, kind and welcoming. Keep up the good work
