★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I made the trip to Steinbach after much researching of the new Mazda 3. Met Darrell for the first time after briefly talking on the phone with him earlier to confirm the car I had in mind was still in stock. Needless to say it was a fun experience dealing with him, he was very knowledgeable about the car and very respectful of my wants and needs.
In the end I honestly felt I got more car than I hoped for, and for less money than what I had expected to pay. Not only do I consider Darrell a great salesman but I picked up a friend in him as well.

My wife purchased a car there and I was so impressed, I was back there within the week to purchase a car for myself. Carla Anne took the time to lead us through the buying experience in a relaxed, comfortable manner. What a great test drive!! She is very thorough in the details of the car. Thanks to her and Darrell for answering all of our questions regarding the CX-5. Bruce had the paper work quickly processed (thanks) and I was on my way home in my new Mazda by early afternoon. Thanks to everyone at Highway Mazda in Steinback. It was definitely "Worth the Trip"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carla Anne made our new vehicle decision a pleasant one. She is honest, informative, and very helpful, making a car buying experience what it should be. We actually had fun working with her as we checked out the wide variety of vehicle options available to us. We are very happy with the 'used' 2015 Mazda 6 we bought (the thing was like new). Hardball negotiations with a certain sales manager made for some interesting times, but it's Carla Anne that made us able to give 5 bright stars. Highway Mazda has one of the best sales people in her. They better know what value the 'Car Lady' brings to them. I'd buy from her again in an instant and will send family and friends to her as well. I look forward to dealing with the service department and hope they shine like she does!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BALD FACED LIARS. When I bought my CX-5 I was quite dubious about purchasing the extended warranty. They managed to allay my concerns by swearing the warranty covered everything front to back. It wasn't cheap $2400. Here I am now at 4 years 85,000 km (the" warranty" is for 6 years 160,000 km.) and my driver side leather seat is shot. I'm now told Mazda Leather Seats are only designed to last 3 years. Also now my rear hatch latch is not working and I am told its 50 50 that will be covered. I really hate it when someone appeals to my desire to trust (because I want to live in a world where you can trust) and then uses that to con you face to face eyeball to eyeball. Update Jan 22. Won't cover failed block heater installed by them either. Disgusted. Highway Mazda engaged in fraud when they pushed the extended warranty on me. These people should be required to be honest about the worthless warranties they push on people. - Alan C. Winnipeg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased my 2018 CX9 from Highway Mazda. It was a good experience until I had an issue with my infotainment screen. I have come to realize that this is a VERY common issue as there have been recalls from 2014-2017. Although I first noticed the corrosion on my screen when it was still under warranty, apparently I didn’t bring it in time...missing the warranty window by a month. Mazda dealerships/Mazda Canada are replacing all the previous year models, but refuse to cover mine even tho I am having the exact same issue. Nathan Loeppky (the salesman I purchased my vehicle from) now owner/General Manager of Highway Mazda offered me 15% off the price of the screen, total being $1747.00 plus tax, or offered selling it to me for $1400.00 plus tax and I replace the screen myself. How is that a deal when I can personally buy it from Mazda for $1311 (shop cost)? Where is the fairness and integrity that this dealership prides themselves on? Do better Highway Mazda, how you treat your customers is what determines their "loyalty" when they are in the market to purchase a new vehicle. Very disappointed.
