The dealer i was with was great but the ad was all wrong and when asked to speak with the manager she started to give me heck for not seeing the disclaimer. Hands down the worst experience buying a car...think twice before you think about this place run by complete incompetence.

Horrible experience overall Was lied to about the silverado I bought list of issues that were borderline and not advised on Brakes were 0.008 of a inch before it failed when they knew we had a 2 year old son that’s riding in the truck brought the truck into the shop when every light on the dash came on brought it in and the tech advised he just cleared the code because it was a fault in the computer when later I found out myself that it was actually the wheel bearing is what caused the light as a precaution warning truth is they try and sneak this past to hope you don’t bring the truck in until after the warranty is over which I paid 3200 dollars for and everytime I brought it in to get looked at I had to pay 300 deductible to use my 3200 dollar warranty above the 300 dollar deductible I had to pay shop supplies and overall after me paying that the problem wasent even fixed in 5 months of having a 50000$ truck the cv axle went on both front sides, starter, wheel bearing, full set of brakes. And to finish it off I looked at the car report and there was 17000km that went by where they didn’t report any maintence/ no oil change or filters nothing just reset the light I’m assuming when I brought it in at 60% oil life the oil was like tar the mechanic said not happy and wouldn’t recommend even that the sales reps are respectful doesn’t help when they screw you around and give you a unreliable 50,000 dollar truck my 1980 chevy with 400,000 km was more reliable

I have been bringing my Mazda here for the last 2 years just for oil change. They are ONE OF THE ONLY PLACE OPEN ON SATURDAYS. They charge around $90 for full synthetic and I can buy the parts and oil for not much less so it's convenient to get someone else to do it. One of the oil change techs put on the wrong type of filter in January without anyone knowing and stripped the thread. When I brought the car in again, they said it was a "great canadian oil change" filter, which I would NEVER use. At first it sounded like they were blaming someone else for the damage, but I was insistent that they were the last ones to touch my car. I asked them to find me a vehicle to use, order the parts, and make the repair, but I'm not paying for it. They called about an hour later and said they have a vehicle for me and they would take care of the repairs. I am happy with the people behind the desk, but not impressed with the tech that damaged my car and lied about it.

Came in to get a bunch of Recalls done on my Truck. Had to come in twice, cuz a part had to be ordered in (EGR cooler). I wasn't given a courtesy vehicle, only a ride within town. Waited almost a half hour to be picked up again, even though it should've taken only minutes. After their "service" I noticed something weird back home. The radiator must have been taken off I suppose, cuz the bolts holding it were loose. My rad was dancing back and forth. The engine coolant pipe was loose as well - They didn't even bother to install the nuts back on! I also noticed some piece of plastic flying around and who knows what else is going on that I haven't seen yet?! What kind of a dealership is this? Why in the world would I ever come back here or recommend their service?! Never. Forget it!

Had my car brought here cuz my screen/ radio didn’t work. Then I’ve been told that I have to replace my Hands free module. Costs ($1200) got it replaced and nothing changed on the car. Not happy at all. Probably won’t return here

Brought my dart in to get tires mounted and balanced. They thought it would be good to put an impact on the wheel lock and strip the lock. Then they asked where my key was and wrecked my key also. I ended up having to get those bolts off myself or they would charge a bunch to get them off. They claimed the bolts were already stripped. Me being a mechanic, I put those wheels on myself 2 months ago with a torque wrench. They were not stripped. He then told me it was misunderstanding and they did not use a impact gun on there, only breaker bar. Couldn't believe a word they said. Now I asked if I could get new Lug bolts for free and of course they're too cheap to give me anything. They lied, wrecked my stuff and can't even help me out. I do not recommend going for servicing. Should have just went to Kaltire. Won't be going back here. Told me the manager would give me a call and got no call. Running away from the issue. Tried talking to him a few times when I was there and of course he was never around. People I know told me this place is bad. I'd consider before choosing Dodge as your go to mechanics...
