I'm not a car guy, however, I've never once, in my decade going here, felt like an idiot for asking what could be considered a dumb question. THAT is incredibly important to me. If anything is a concern, they always bring it to my attention first and there's never any "sales pitch pressure". They're honest, trustworthy, very knowlegable. The service is always good, on schedule and the prices are very competitive.

Even called me to tell me parts didn't arrive as expected. Kelsey was great to deal with. Hope I don't need to return, but if I have another breakdown, will be my first call

The staff are so friendly, and they remember me when I come in and what I'm bringing my car in for. They never pressure me for repairs but if they see something that needs addressing, they always have a quote ready. I find their rates very reasonable, I never feel like I'm being ripped off. You can really tell that they value their customers and that they love what they do. I would whole-heartedly recommend Priority Auto to anyone.
