★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in store this morning. I felt quite uneasy because an employee which was working the first till was not wearing his mask correctly. His nose was not covered and he passed me the bank machine without wiping it. All to say I was very anxious while in the store and having to do deal with him. I believe supervisors should assure that employees follow the correct guide lines regarding the prevention of spreading covid ..wearing their mask corrrectly and cleaning surfaces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was lucky enough to be turned down from Canadian Tire on a short notice after I noticed a flat tire driving through Steinbach. (They were too busy). I called Kal Tire and they said they would be able to look at my car even though they were also incredibly busy. I dropped off my car to Gary Reimer and what a gem he was to work with!
I am happy to have met such an awesome team. Not only did they help me on short notice but they extended their kindness to make sure I had a loaner tire to get back to Winnipeg safely to have my tire covered under warranty with my dealership. Faith in humanity was restored that day!
Hands down recommend Gary and his team 100% !!! I will definitely be back to give them my business next time I need work that is not covered by warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is amazing and the staff are fantastic!! If you had a bad experience, it was your own fault. I highly recommend going to Kal Tire. When they do a repair, it actually gets repaired. The staff are also knowledgeable and even gave me some information on my tires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off a tire that had blown on the highway and they said they could take a look at it. Drive in and checked the next day and they hadn't gotten to it (about 6 hours of shop time had passed) and said they would definitely look at it by the end of the day. Went in the next day (16hours of shop time) and they still hadn't even looked at it to see if it was fixable. When they saw how upset we were they finally looked at it and said it wasn't repairable. Which took all of 10 minutes to decide. Would have saved so much time if they had said they didn't have time and we're sorry in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was AMAZING!!! I got a flat tire and they were able to pick up my car and fix it at such an affordable rate. I honestly thought with the level of service they provided I'd be paying a pretty penny but it was super affordable. They were fast and great. Highly recommend them.
