CS management has not been expedient on concerns or requests , took a week for them to get me an intercom number...some of the rented out apartments have people who dump their garbage everywhere, spit in the elevator, etc.. noisy neighborhood with loud private vehicles and fire station is around the corner so you hear sirens everyday... they now want to charge a fee (which was just created with no written notice) to move in or out of this building (to pay because people have damaged the walls in moving, even though I am not one of them) .... a number of good tenants i have chatted with are buying houses and glad to be moving out...2nd worst apartment in Edmonton in my opinion...

E	EJ S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owners need to be more vigilant on tenants they rent to, especially those with children. It’s a great community to live but our walls are razor thin and aren’t as susceptible to noise. Need better management company to be more involved to deal with troubled tenants.
