His "care" factor for his clients is one of compassion and commitment. He educates his clients so they are empowered, engaged, and involved in their rehabilitation. More than ever I need to focus on health. Had my first training session today with Mike. Had attainable, incremental goals I can actually achieve making me feel good about myself. Looking forward to a long healthy relationship with this gym!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location, wonderful staff that are super friendly. I have been seeing Lindsay here for quite awhile and she has been helping make sure my shoulders don't go too awry.
Good procedure for keeping guests safe from potential transmission and do have the option for contactless payment if your are inclined. They also have a really well rounded team that operates out of the Center and I am considering getting a membership with them.

It is by far the best facility I have ever been to, the staff is extremely friendly and the health practices they have set in place are top notch. I have seen Lindsay for physio and Sarah for massage and they are both in a league of their own in their respected fields. Highly recommend this facility and it's services to anyone regardless of experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only joined for the Pickleball. Nice to be able to play but the courts are shabby. Obviously not a focus in spite of selling court memberships. No wind screens and the nets are tattered. Have seen people come up to see about the courts and just walk away.
