Y	Yanick Paiement on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Seating comfort in rooms horrible. Very clean, no water pressure on 4th floor. Convenience store type breakfast. Snow removal very load and early in the morning(4am) which didn't make for a good night sleep.
L	Lynn Carry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a awesome stay here! Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Room was perfect. Due to covid the pool and gym was closed but we were informed before the stay. Covid signs everywhere was nice to see and business center available. They gave us a to-go breakfast to reduce contact (due to covid) which was a nice touch. Will be staying here again!

I stayed here for business after a long day of travel, checked in at 1am and requested a late checkout to enable me to do a video meeting from my room. At 8:30 am housekeeping was pounding on my door despite me having a do not disturb sign on the door and it was nowhere near checkout time. This sucked because I wanted to be well rested for my meetings. When I explained that I had a late checkout and it was nowhere near regular checkout time they just laughed. I was told they wanted me out of my room for a bridal party coming in. I simply want to use the room that I paid for which btw was $140/ night. I could say so many things here - the “breakfast” is carb laden, poor quality food that you’d get at a gas station. It’s a shame because the hotel is new, well designed but when you stay at a hotel the friendliness, professionalism of the staff is everything that can make or break your experience. I hope that whomever owns this franchise location will take the customer experience more seriously.

I was leaving early and she provided us with a grab and go bag so I could have my breakfast before leaving. I would come back here again.
G	George Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give less stars if I could. Terrible hotel experience. It was clean and comfortable (and brand new), but noisy with indifferent staff. Breakfast was pathetic. A fellow guest had to fill the coffee urns for the rest of us who wanted coffee because the front desk staff was too busy giggling in the back. But the worst was the hockey team renting out rooms on our floor. Absolute chaos and very noisy right up to 11 pm when the staff finally felt they should enforce some common sense. Bad parents for sure, but that's not my issue when I rent a room from a hotel. Won't be going back ever.

She had came on to me when I checked in and we hit it off, and in the middle of her shift too. I did find the extra charge on my bill as agreed. I'd stay there again for sure.
M	Mike MacEachern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is fairly new and impeccably clean. The staff are courteous and professional. They may have the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in based on my 40 years + experience of staying in hotels/motels. I strongly recommend this property.

The staff were super friendly and even brought us more chairs when extra people showed up. Can't wait to try out the pool and other onsite amenities.
