It is my opinion that any Dental practice that does not provide Provincially funded services to Seniors should be removed as a provider for all Provincial and Municipal Employee Dental Insurance Plans. I gave a one star rating based on the non support of the Provincially funded "Seniors Dental Care Program".
F	Farzad S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not need any new clients. Called in November, they said they will book me for checkup and cleaning in 2022. Got an email with appointment for February 2022. Called them twice they did not respond to my voice mails. I went to their clinic on Tuesday at 3 pm and they were closed. Google maps says they are open on Tuesdays until 4pm. I got a hold of them today finally. Here is their offer. I can come to the office for cleaning half of my teeth next week before the checkup of my teeth. Then a week after the rest of teeth will be cleaned and will check up my teeth. Can they clean teeth if they do not have xray of teeth first? I asked the lady if insurances normally cover half teeth cleaning as this is the first time I hear that. She responded with an attitude that I have to call my insurance and ask them and not her. If you do not need new clients and are very busy why are you sending flyers to my mail box? Why don't you respond my call the first time and tell me you are busy and cannot have new clients?

Dentist visits are not comfortable for everyone, and the staff here do their absolute best to make what is often an uncomfortable experience incredibly pleasant. Victoria, the hygienist, is particularly amazing. They also make handling insurance a breeze!

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and my dental hygienist Victoria ( I think that was her name) was just amazing. She was kind and listened to my needs as a patient. I am so happy I decided Costello Family Dentistry as my new dental needs. Oh I even left with a swag bag! If you are in search of a new dentist they were just amazing.

This was his first visit to the dentist & he was adamant that he would hate it. Victoria managed to ease his fears from the moment we walked in and turned a simple cleaning into an exciting event! My wiggly little guy was no match for all the tips and tricks Victoria had up her sleeve to keep him focused. I cannot express how impressed I am by Victoria, as well as Dr. Laura. Our son is now very excited for his next trip to the dentist & I am so relieved that he had such a positive first experience. Your dedication and expertise are evident in what you do! Thank you!

The building and atmosphere are very welcoming and chic and the staff and dentist are all very friendly and nice. I was nervous to go and they all put me at ease. I have never been to a nicer dentist office and I have lived in many places! They take their time and I didn’t feel like they were rushing or going overly aggressive (in the past I had a hygienist who would go so aggressive my gums hurt for days after!). We are lucky to have a place like this in Carleton Place!
