I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out without sedation, and they made sure that i was comfortable and didn't feel any pain. Laughed and joked around. Overall great place to step into with such friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

My current appointment was just to check a lesion on the inside of my right cheek to make sure that it wasn’t anything more serious than a canker sore. Dr. Ghai examined my mouth, took a picture of the lesion and filed a couple of sharp edges on a couple of my molars that he thought might be rubbing against my cheek. I was in and out of the chair in 10 minutes and have no complaints about the service I received but was completely blindsided when I was charged $140.00 for my visit, which is more than I paid for a full checkup and cleaning, including x-rays. Also discovered that they have a promotion on until the end of June for a 10% discount for seniors 65+ which I was never offered. I received a follow-up phone call from Kelly explaining that the fee was by the book and apologizing for overlooking the promotional 10% discount for the month of June for customers 65+, which she is going to reimburse me for. She was very kind and understanding of my position, and I appreciated her professionalism in reaching out to me to acknowledge my concerns, provide an explanation, and try to come to a positive resolution. She made me feel valued as a patient. From now on I will ask for a quote before proceeding with any dental work. Lesson learned!
