Same item at this store will be $1-$4 less at the carleton place independant which is the same chain and district for delivery. I used to go in once in awhile but honestly, between how small it is (had a lady crowding me today at the cash and the cashier didn't tell her to stay back until I was done packing my bags the cashier wasn't helping me with), the price inflation (meat is ridiculous!!! I bought a small pack of ground porc and it cost $6!)and the lack of products on the shelf, I'll just do the drive.
L	Leanne Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only grocery store in town and while I would love to support local, I have a hard time with this one because you rarely can find fresh produce here- it’s either gone bad, on the verge of going bad, super wilted or the many baskets or sections are completely empty and hasn’t been restocked. We normally try to buy in Ottawa if we’re in the city or will drive out to Carleton Place if we need fruit/veggies. Staff are always friendly.

I'm writing because I have a legal medical mask exemption.and a trip to the grocery store gives me great anxiety. I was there today and a customer was harassing me out loud in front of other customers. A kind staff member named Chris stopped the man. He basically told him he's overstepping his boundaries and it's not a customer's job to talk to other customers about this matter. He did so quickly and politely and it completely diffused a very volatile situation. Thanks for having my back.
N	Nick P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell food here, and I like to eat food, so this is a really good arrangement. However THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF COKE ZERO CANS while the regular Coke cans are in full stock. Seems an easy problem to rectify.
N	Naomi Shuttleworth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT FRESH FRUIT OR VEGETABLES. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there half the produce is rotten. Double check everything in the store before you leave. The last time I bought a bag of apples and when I got home there were 3 different type of apples in it! Isn't that good fraud? The only reason they didn't get one star is because the cashiers are the friendliest most helpful people I have ever met! I think they need a new produce manager.
