A	Aaron Knights on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. I was a member of the Mcleado trail location (since closed) and it's been a nightmare!! They refuse to acknowledge my cancelation request from over a year ago, which I have in writing!! Not only did they charge me for personal training sessions that weren't delivered, they refuse to cancel my account and threaten legal action. Terrible. This is a cooked organization that will take advantage of you! Do not attend any of these gyms - you will be taken advantage of.

There were so many stupid hidden fees and so many stupid policies that they didn’t tell me about when I signed up so I ended up paying more for the gym that I never ended up going to. Just a complete waste of money the actual gym itself is nice but the staff should be clear about what I’m paying for. Especially when they would tell me things were free and then as soon as Covid restrictions eased up I had to pay for them.

I would give it 5 stars based on the facility and most of the staff however my low rating comes from the fact that some members are apparently incapable of cleaning up after themselves. Bars are constantly left on racks, today even one left empty on the lifting platform along with 2 collars. The cable machine attachments are often left all over the floor despite their being a basket and hooks to put them in. I wish management would be more on top of this, perhaps an email or signs reminding people to be courteous.

If gyms close to a lockdown they will not freeze your account and will continue to bill you no matter what. If you ask for a reimbursement for the time the gym was closed they will not help you. The company got bought and that will be their excuse for not helping with peoples reimbursements. The manager at her GYMVMT was rude and not understanding about my situation that being paying for a gym when it was physically closed. When I would ask for an update after she told me she would talk to costumer service she kept avoiding me, very unprofessional. The costumer service GYMVMT has is not helpful at all. Please do not sign any contract with this gym.

It is a well run club under the watchful supervision of the manager,Juanita.She has created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.She is knowledgeable in her line of work and helpful to all the clients who speak positively of her. She is bubbly and fun in addition to being serious.All staff members are equally as helpful. The gym is clean and well looked after. I am very happy to be a member. Margaret McReavey.

The equipment and maintenance here is remarkable! My personal trainer Jennifer has given me hope and courage after my shoulder injury. I wasn’t able to carry a pound and in just after 3 months I’m able to lift 50pounds! She’s a patient and loving person who loves what she does and it shows. Thank you Her Gymvmt!
K	Kim M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym was a disappointment. I would strongly encourage the gym to take a look at the way it runs its business. The gym itself has equipment that looks wonderful until you begin using it only to find that it is not sturdy or bolted to the floor. One spin bike in particular posed a threat to the rider as it would wobble and shake. The staff themselves are friendly when you first walk in however when you ask for help they are quite condescending and make you feel like a burden. I'm not even going to mention the payments in this review, however just know to always get things in writing as it will be a different story each time you speak with them. This gym did not help motivate me to work out and instead made me want to avoid the gym altogether. I would not recommend this gym, hopefully in the future they will provide a better service for its members, so they will not go bankrupt again.
