J	J Hockey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been going to this gym since it opened up and love the staff. They are always willing to help us out and are very friendly. However, over the last few months with the new owners we have seen the nice welcoming atmosphere going downhill. Dont get me wrong, the equipment is decent and the gym itself is good. Cleaning has also going downhill. also after trying a couple classes a while ago we found out they template a lot of their training. That is not a boutique gym. The staff look more and more unhappy never mind one of our favorites left recently quite quickly which I am sure there is a story. She had been there since she signed us up! We have decided to move onto another location since this gym does not offer what we want anymore. If your looking for 'just' a gym this is a decent place like I said. Just another box gym just smaller than goodlife.

T	Tyler T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just signed up for a membership, hours online state staff at 9, hours on voice-mail state staff at 9, 9:18 currently and no staff, great start to a membership when there's no one to talk to.............. going on 9:31, still no one there to answer a phone or open the door, fantastic, love what I'm paying for................................

I've been apart of this gym since January and have gone many times and try to go daily when I can. I've been an active member in this gym and some of the staff know my name and greet me when they see me. They are all very kind and eager to provide a clean and safe environment for all participants. When I brought up a safety concern not to long ago the manager took it very seriously and looked into it. I was very pleased. My trainer is very kind, friendly and supportive of my weight loss journey and has congratulated me at my progress so far. I've attended a few gyms before but this one is by far the cleanest I've come across. I've tried both yoga and zumba and love both of them and plan in doing them alot more in the near future. Definitely recommend this place.
