This place has such great vibes that even on those days you don’t want to work out, you look forward to being there and are so grateful for the energy and positivity you receive (either in studio or online). I was a little unsure about the group fitness style of this training but they do an amazing job of making it feel individual and all the other people working out are great. It’s the best work out around. Keep up the great work!
