e	eve barris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proof that one bad egg can ruin it for everyone else or extreme abuse of power. I've been a loyal Henry's fan for thr last 30 years. Had my eye on the nikon d850 for the last couple years. With covid I couldn't even find one to see it up close and personal. Spoke to a lovely man who told me to come in, leave a deposit and when one came in, they will call so I can see it. Great...finally. I excitedly go in. And to my great disappointment I left. Everything was going well...the gentleman I was speaking with asked me to put on a mask, I explained I was exempt and kept at least a 10foot distance. I was happy I left my service dog in the car. At this point Charlotte the manager came over with steam coming put of her ears. Loudly she tells me to put on a mask...she was wearing 2 masks herself. I explained I was exempt and she starts screaming that she doesn't care. At this point she starts rummaging through a drawer again screaming that it doesn't qualify to them as they are privately owned. I explained it doesn't matter because the same rules apply....they are serving the PUBLIC. I noticed a big board labeled something about Mental Health. I chose to leave....bottom line. If Charlotte is there...dont go. Again...so sad that one person can destroy the reputation of a store thats been around for over 100 years. Goodbye Henry's...goodbye.

They guarantee their work using advanced software and a photo report that shows if the photo will be accepted. They even had a bumbo for taking photos for my infant. Took less than 10 minutes.

Employees are helpful and kind. Making it easy to understand what you are browsing or purchasing. Their photo printing kiosks are one of the best around. High quality prints everytime.
M	Max I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place. First time came here, associate had no idea about cameras. Had to look up everything. Just order things online at other retailers. Worst service. Came today to purchase, a completely rude girl was washing the door while customers where waiting in the cold 4 minutes prior to opening time. She refused to let anyone in to even warm up while there was another associate just standing there. Really hope they go out of business and lose their jobs. I went to competitor across the parking lot and spent $3000 there.

She was treated with respect, given a ton of great information, lots of tips on how to get the camera to perform best. She had a great experience buying the largest, most expensive item in her life. I have much respect for a company that sales and education come hand in hand.
A	Annemieke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a fantastic sales associate here named Mary Frankruyter, she is extremely knowledgeable and I have found having her as my sales contact has been a fantastic experience. I was looking for a full frame camera that would meet all my needs and she gave me top notch service, calling me when reps were coming by with the new model I was interested in, helping me compare and contrast lens and price points, making sure that if she was not at the store when I was coming all my pick ups and recommendations were available, and overall finding the right products for me. I live quite far from Barrie so it would be easier to order online, but she has been available to consult by phone and email and to be honest it is worth the drive to have this level of expertise and support.
