Over a 10 year period plus ive experienced a happy shopping times. Talking & laughing with staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy didn't understand anything I was saying huge language barrier, tried asking for take home rapid test and they kept thinking I wanted a test for work or travel and asking if I have symptoms like 3 times... Mistreated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if they changed who works in the pharmacy but they have just gone a complete 360. I was trying to pick up my 5 month olds perception. Had a lady in front of me waiting 20 minutes just for someone to talk to her. I also listen to an elderly lady with cancer get mistreated by the staff as well. Than when she asked a question they just got even more rude with her.
I than asked for my son's eye drops, the male parmsist doesnt even know what he's doing.
My doctor's apperently prescribed something they no longer make. So the female than just kept getting even worse with her additute. At this point my prescriptions will be changed I don't want to use shoppers at all anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 times in a row they didn’t leave post slip or deliver package to address. And the last time they shipped the package back. So far I'm 1 month without parts. Poor customer service, a customer should automatically be text or emailed or get a slip like usual since decades ago. This costs tens of thousands in lost business. Really not happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no option to pay with Interac or visa, only cash. Apparently the machines crashed. It happens, but at least some sort of heads up would be appreciated - an announcement over the PA, or an employee letting you know as soon as you walk in. Lots of people are in a rush or deal with cranky, teething babies (like myself) and want to go in and out of a store asap. I got a few things I needed and when I was ready to pay, only THEN I was informed of only cash by the cashier. Are you serious? I had to leave everything and go to Walmart. I only wasted my time. On a different topic: why isn’t there any self check outs at this store? There’s always only one cashier that’s somewhere in the aisles probably merchandising and you have to go look for them, or hope they notice you. They are always very nice, so 2 stars for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to attend this shoppers practically daily. Unfortunately it has quickly become one of the worst shoppers I have ever been inside.
A single cashier checks people out while a line of 13-16 people wait stretching down an isle(making it unshoppable). Mean while 3 other employees are stocking shelfs. Generally staff stocking shelves will give you the right of way when attempting to retrieve an item from a shelf. Not these ones, they will literally walk right infront of you practically pushing you out of the way to continue stocking.
When approaching the pharmacy to ask if I could pay for my single item there, the lady at the counter made an extremely annoyed expression and said I have to go to the front, mean while she can see the line is stretched to 20 feet from her at the back of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place for Covid 19, Booster dose. The efficiency and smoothness with which we were attached really impressed me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very spacious, nice and clean. Services of Canada post are also there on one side. The cosmetics and other items were systematically arranged and could be found without any problem. Nice ?
