Heartland Wholesale & RV - Fort Saskatchewan

In my opinion Worst dealer EVER! They are dishonest. Make sure you get everything in writing. I was told vehicle was checked over and would be detailed, NONE of which ever happened. James promised detailing but never did it and The finance guy at the main dealership was unconcerned and just wanted to rush you through. Don't buy anything here!

It was an ok experience at best but once my friend went at the prescheduled pick up time, there was a long wait for the sales guy to show up to do the walkthrough. He's the one bad drawback in dealing with a mom and pop place in many cases the customer service is lacking. Oh yes and don't expect to have your propane tanks filled on pickup....their excuse? The propane service station is clear across the city! It's Fort Saskatchewan were talking about not Montreal!! So for all my 225,000 people who view my posts....save yourself the headache and head somewhere else. Update! Setting up the trailer at the campsite...I guess their cleaning staff must have been sent home, because the trailer wasn't cleaned at all...and I'm not talking detailed here I'm talking drilled metal shavings left all over the place, terminated stranded copper wire left laying around, bathroom sink left totally filthy. Never had the sewer tote in stock at the time of pick up and promised it was going to be brought out to the trailer today, Monday...it wasn't. But the biggest disappointment was not having the operations of things explained to my friend...not even explaining what key goes to which lock!! Come on guys, this is the first trailer she ever owned, the whole experience has left her somewhat shell shocked. You think after spending thousands at a place the least they could have done was pushed a broom through it. And to think I was looking at the possibility of buying a trailer myself? So instead of 2 sales these guy made one but lost 2 customers. I started this review off with 3 stars, then because we had to wait so long on pick up day without a real good reason why I dropped it back to 2....now I'm changing it again to 1! Funny but I've noticed my followers have grown by almost another 10%. So everyone, I hope you don't have the same experience as my friend if you choose these guys...but I wouldn't hold my breath!!

After talking to multiple dealerships, I came across Heartland Wholesale. Ryan the sales manager made everything so easy and went above and beyond in helping me feel confident in the vehicle I was buying. Made for a very smooth transition with no pressure at all. Would highly recommend this dealership, ask for Ryan!

I'm Rebuilding an old camper trailer. I've been working with Colton In regards to replacement parts. After countless phone calls and quotes, he's been very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. He's helped me out a great amount and i am very happy i chose Heartland RV. Thank you

*Buyers beware. They are using some illegal advertising. Vehicles are listed with Sales Price + Tax, but when you inquire they say there is also a bunch of fees on top of this price (which is not stated in the ad). This is a customer Mislead. Your doc and other fees should be included in the the advertised price with GST on top. (Please see image attached below). I called and was told this car is $7,197 (even tho it’s $7,147), and that there is a $395 doc fee, $6 levy fee, and 5% GST on top of this. Manager couldn’t even own up to the mistake and said “I’m not sure how they’re advertising this thing”. Firstly, It’s your job to make sure you dealership is follow AMVIC regulation, and secondly, immediacy Ghosting my calls after I mention this is super unprofessional. Immediately I can tell what kind of dealership this is, and it’s exactly the shady business that builds a bad reputation for the industry. Sad.

RV service was slow and missed doing a key item that my trailer was brought in for. Repair time took 3 weeks longer than promised and when picking up the trailer we wanted to add 5-10 gallons of water (via a hose) to clean out fresh water tank. Staff said we could not sue their shop water hose for this and sent us elsewhere.

Colin went above and behind tracking down and oddball replacement part for my truck camper. Provided me with a detailed quote over email in a timely fashion. Would recommend to family and friends.

We went in to buy a trailer. We had to approach the salesman, which isn't the worst thing in the world I suppose. He was very accommodating to our several viewings. He showed us around the trailer and helped us make our decision. The price was right, and he wasn't pushy. The finance guy was very helpful and friendly as well. Now for the reason they are only getting 4 stars. Now that all the paperwork is signed, they have dropped the ball a little in the communication department. Overall, I would still recommend them. Covid makes things complicated.
