Jack Bell
I am the head technician and part owner at Bell’s Hitches and Trailers. I joined the family business in 1995, right after I graduated high school. I take great pride in helping our customers make informed decisions, and I do my best to make their towing experience as safe and efficient as possible. My brother Craig and I are constantly looking for innovative products and services that we can bring to the marketplace.

Outside of work, I’m an avid camper and hiker. I enjoy fishing, biking, and anything to do with the outdoors. I love that I get to bring my passion for outdoor recreation to work every day. I use this enthusiasm to help others discover their love for the great outdoors.

I am extremely proud to be a 5th generation owner/operator, and I look forward to the future of Bell’s Hitches.

In between WInnipeg and Calgary I noticed the jaws on our 5 year old Curt fifth wheel hitch were open slightly, a little more than I was comfortable with. Jack from Bell Trailers immediately contacted the Curt factory rep and referred us to The Hitch Shop South in Calgary . They didn’t like the play in the mechanism either. Darren from the Hitch Shop called the Curt factory rep and he immediately authorized a new hitch head, no charge! Excellent customer service, great product support from everyone involved. Jack from Bell Trailers is awesome!!! I can’t thank him enough. We can now continue on our travels with peace of mind. M&M. Narol, MB.
N	Neil Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bell's Hitches installed a 7 pin wiring harness on our Jeep & supplied the ball mount, pin & ball. I am a novice trailer user. My phone call with Bell's Hitches to arrange installation was very helpful - the chap I spoke with ( Jack or Craig ) were patient & gave salient advice. I did not feel silly asking lots of questions and they were very reassuring with their answers. I was given an estimate ( very reasonable ) quote and work was booked. On installation day, work carried out was punctual and afterwards I was taken to my vehicle and explanations regarding work done and how to get going with pulling a trailer were given. I was given some really good advice on electric brake expectations. The actual work was done for considerably less than the quote and I was informed of this - a very pleasing surprise. I was instructed to return with any queries / concerns but there has been no need for this. Great service in the first instance. I would strongly recommend this local, family company. Bell's Hitches were recommended to me and I am more than happy to suggest the same to other folk. Very good service, nice people & really do care about giving the customer what they need. Strongly recommended.

Not only did they install it correctly, they also fixed the hitch installation as well. They are very knowledgeable of their products and cars. Will always go to them from now on. Would give them 10 stars if possible. Thanks Jack and Craig for all your help and exceptional client service. Don’t let anyone else install your hitch.

Craig broke down the pricing for me on the phone with a detailed quote and then was even honest enough to let me know, after the job was done, that 1 part wasn't needed so lowered the price by $120. More than enough to feed me at the world famous Nick's Inn next door. Would and have recommended!!!!
