★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a truck in to have a wire run, told to drop it off for 7:00am call before noon told the truck would be ready by 3:00pm go in at 3:00pm told truck won't be ready till next day. Service scheduling is not very good, can't afford to have trucks down. Can't use the excuse "it's electrical" when all you are doing is running a wire not diagnosing and electrical issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for a clean building... Did not help me at all other than answering the phone... Very disappointed ☹️.. will never be back or recommend... Thursday night called in and explained my issue... They told me they could fit me in for Friday morning to diagnose the issue... Friday morning they then told me they could not do the work as there is not enough time and they only have 1 transmission tech... Fortunately we found CMT who had my transmission replaced in the same day... Thanks Maxim for passing the buck and sending me and my company to a real shop who wants to make money and serve their customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maxim is your one stop truck shop. I purchase trucks their and they go back for service when needed. With the size of the shop, i never wait very long to get my equipment back fron the repair shop. Its a great place to go for your truck and trailer needs

Please never bring your truck here to get fixed. They are just stealing your money. Their technicians are unprofessional and their customer service is really bad and never expect to get your truck back on time.
Here’s an example:
I brought my truck in to diagnose for ABS and TC fault codes. For that, Service guys charged me 5 hours of labor just to replace wheel speed sensor. Service manager said it took three hours just to figure out that wheel speed sensor needs to be replaced and two hours to replacing it. Isn’t a joke.
Plus, I told them to look at Batteries coz it was overcharging. In order to fix it they said batteries needs to be serviced and for that they charged 4.5 hours Labor.
They never update customer on what needs to be done with truck and how long it will take. I didn’t get my truck back on time too.
Terrible experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place. When you walk in the place is clean signage is easy to follow. They are one of the few places that sell transmission oil for an Allison transmission. The service guys are willing to serve you and don't seem to have an attitude like some places. I didn't give 5 stars because I thought the prices where a little high but I also don't have an account. I think that would make a difference but I don't buy enough for an account
