★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new set of all weather tires. Tire size p175 65R 15, $561 with taxes and balancing. Staff member I dealt with I believe his name is Marv was excellent. Took about 1- 1.5 hours. Pleased with the overall service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a screw in my tire, they didn’t have the tire in stock, but said it would be there around 10:30am. I was on my way to my grandsons birthday party at around 11:10am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed with the dealership of Kal tire as it was today for 422 pm. I drive into the commercial baycouple of trucks are on site the fellow comes out and asked me what service I need indicate I simply need two tires to be balanced out on a brand new truck and his comment was can’t help you today wow talk about going that extra mile I’m a single truck owner operator if I displayed that type of professionalism with my customers I’d be picking bottles never have I’ve been so disappointed in the service
After all Karl tire service reputation as we go that extra mile if you come in they get the job done I’d have to say I get five stars to the Kal tire on Yellowhead Trail in Edmonton Alberta if I could write this dealership as a zero I would give her a -0 won’t be returning and I imagine OK Tire will get an application from my account

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick, easy. And they don't charge you for stuff that shouldn't be charged. They repaired a leak I had for free a couple years ago and that made such an impression on me that I made sure to come back for a set of tires, they earned it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harv and Austin have been phenomenal with thier service!!!! I've been dealing with this location for a couple years now and I have nothing negative to say about this location.
I used to travel to the ST.JAMES location to get my tire stuff done, also another great location. This is closer and the team here is great never a problem and if there is Austin or Harv would gladly help me out.
All I can say is treat people the way you wanted to be treated and they will do the same!
Great job to the staff at Kal Tire on Brookside. I will definitely keep coming to this location no doubt about that for all my tire service needs!!!!
