★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very clean, organized, and spacious store. The customer service was lovely. The prices are a little high, I spotted a few things you can get cheaper, same brand and all. The selection of items was amazing, I could see many products I wouldn't be able to find elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone in there maybe six times in hopes of finding what I need but I don't find it. I looked up Healthy Planet online this time around and found the product I wanted and assumed it would be in the store but it wasn't. I then asked a store employee about ordering it but they said the best thing to was order it myself. The problem is, it costs $7.50 for shipping. There is another health food store that if they don't have it in the store, they will order it for you and no extra costs (shipping etc) Also at this other store, if you have questions about any supplements, they have someone that knows what they are talking about. At Healthy Planet, my experience is that the employees know nothing about their supplement products. I've asked before and they tried to be helpful but were unable to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masks should still be worn! It is a "Health" food store! It looks like your smarter or more reasonable staff are wearing them; use this for intelligence psychometrics. There are people that are immunocompromised obviously that attend your store for natural medicine.
