I ordered a whiskey decanter engraved with business logo and business name. It looks amazing.
I can't say enough how awesome the customer service was. Texting to communicate while it was being done to confirm if I liked how it looked made it easy to be out and doing things while this was being done.

And to top it off we toasted with our fancy flutes..the owner was very knowledgeable and very talented..great suggestions made my decisions easy and our day perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing!!! The customer service the products and the engraving are just mind blowing! I was wanting something I figured would be hard to get done as I wanted Punjabi script done. She was able to do it for me! And it is beautiful!! I went in and got more than I expected and it just made my day! It's a birthday gift for my partner and it's perfect. Engraved Keychain and whiskey glass! And I had never thought of engraving a whiskey glass for him. I can not appreciate this place enough! I won't go anywhere else for engraving!
