H	Haly Holmes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love going to this place. The staff is sweet and efficient and it has always been a wonderful experience. The designs are great and there are lots of color choices or you can take your own. They are very accommodating.

Don always remembers me no matter how long its been. Everyone is always very friendly and polite and they treat every customer like family. On the rare occasion my mom goes to get her nails done Don always remembers she my mom and asks her how im doing and every tine i come in he asks how my mom is and mentions the last time he saw her and always asks how the rest of my family is, what ive been up to and is always genuinely interested in how your doing and whats been going on in your life. Honestly its the vest nail salon there is and the only salon where ive ever seen a circulation treatment done when you get a pedicure. Absolutely amazing love this salon.

C	C Ferguson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not told it was going to be an extra $17 for shellac nail polish and my girlfriend and I didn't get the same treatment, I didn't get the razor of skin treatment and I paid the same amount. When I booked the appointment I was not told it was cash only. Very disappointed I feel we had no choice but to pay the bill even though it is not posted at all about the difference in shellac polish to the other polish. He was told by one customer they didn't have to say the price difference but I let them know they should be especially when there isn't anything posted about it.....I will not be returning to this place again.

I paid $70 for a pedicure and the best part is he ripped off the part of the receipt with the totals and wrote what I owed in pen, and asked for an emt before she was even done with my pedicure. I would rather of paid with debt. Seems kinda shady to emt someone in a professional business. My pedicure wasn’t even that nice. The flower she made was more of a blob that just ran into each other. I should have waited an hour, went to Apple nails, and got an amazing pedicure for half the price!
l	lexi mather on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they were polite, but they couldnt do what i originally wanted. he took 2 hours and they said itd be 45 minutes... the nails on my right hand are 2 and 3cm longer then my left because he didnt properly measure them while doing the acrylics. the gems were sloppy and have been falling off since they were done. he didn't charge me as much as he should've - said the man at the front desk, so i tipped the artist and then got a good look at the results afterwards. they closed before he even finished my nails so i wasnt able to go back in to complain when i left. he was kind, but this was very unprofessional as i paid $100 for something i have never been more unhappy with. i now have to go to my original nail salon when theyre available and pay extra to get these off completely. i would not recommend ever going here.

Don never forgets a face and will try to move mountains to fit you in. I can't say enough good things about P & Q and would recommend to anyone.
