I primarily use protein and glutamine supplements as my main thing, but I was pleased to notice that Dawn is now carrying New Roots, CanPrev and AOR in the shop. I usually only see those products at Whole Foods or Ambrosia. It is extremely convenient to grab protein from here, as it is right next to the gym, and they sell my favourite affordable high quality brand (Diesel). Good selection of premium vegan protein as well. I have also purchased the Progressive adult multivitamin here, as well as nutritional yeast, so Health on Main has me covered!

There's an excellent selection of quality supplements, personal care products and a very knowledgeable and helpful staff that give me valuable suggestions and ideas helping me on my path of wellness.

Great source of vitamins and supplements as well nutritional options for all; with a large variety. Dawn is a great nutritional practioner for consultations we are so pleased to be under her care as a family. Her extensive knowledge for remedies and supplementation.

I wanted to lose some weight and was able to quickly with her help and advice. I also have started living a much healthier lifestyle. Dawn is so quick to answer emails as well with questions I might have. I strongly recommend Dawn and her team.
