★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pizza when its done right. Consistency is slipping maybe? I find my pizzas to be way to soft and mushy. I've requested well done and even then its a toss up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two orders of Plantalini vegan nuggets and an order of wedge fries yesterday Oct 16 around 5pm. The driver showed up with the boxes and left it on the floor. I even prepaid $5 tip. Great service. It could have been in a bag at least if you're going to leave my food on the floor. Counted the nuggets and only got 18 out of 20 nuggets. Checked on the website and it says 10 per order so I expected twenty. You hear about drivers stealing food but I did not expect pizza Nova Nova drivers to. Will never order here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never tried Pizza Nova in this town, my experience this time is unbelievably good. Purchased a typical super Hawaiian pizza and a small honey garlic wings. No doubt that it was delicious. Also, it rained so badly when my food was delivered but the delivery staff was so responsible that he held my food until i came out to the door to get it (even i mistakenly asked them to leave at front door which was completely wet due to heavy rain.) Very much appreciated their friendly and supportive services.
