★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. This location has a big selection of pet foods, pet clothing and accessories. We have a cat that has an allergy to multiple animal protein. A staff member spent his time helping us look at various options for our cat. He shared his knowledge on allergies and manufacturers. With his help, we were able to find something that works for our cat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drive in from Port Perry ( 1.5 hr drive round trip ) by-passing multiple pet supply stores - You know who they are. The time and consideration given to our pets needs by MICHAEL was incredible. He helped us with lead pulling and finicky eating.
