L	Lattisimus Dorsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I have ever lived, the landlord is essentially an ex Nazi SS and never follows through when he says he'll do something. They shut down the water a few weeks ago and I still don't have hot water to this day! If I had to relate my experience of living at this apartment to living conditions from the past it would have to be Auschwitz, and that's not even to belittle Auschwitz in anyway. Urine fills the halls because of unruly pets and their owners. Floods are such a common occurrence everyone wears rain jackets in the building, the stove burns literally everything you can imagine, including water (when boiled), and you can't get a new stove/oven because there is no shaft elevator, just the slave elevat... woops i meant resident elevators which are quite small. Other than that at least living here gives you the right to consider yourself a Bear Grylls-esqu survivor.

I am paying 160$ for the underground parking here but last Saturday night, a stranger broke my car window and stole everything I had in my car. I called 3 times to emergency line but no result. Also the same issue happened before to me ( on September) but nothing is changed. I asked manager to change my parking lot as I am so scared now ( it happened 2 times in 4 months) but no result again. I lived here for around 2.5 years but now I am so scared to live here anymore so I want to move out from here. Don’t COME HERE at all.

Not only is the building run by god awful management, the construction and renovations has been endless with improper notification, construction workers not wearing masks, joking about mistakes they made - laughing about millions of dollars in water damage etc. It would be worth it if we were able to enjoy at quiet at all, but since moving it there has been excessive noise, daily disruptions and an inability to enjoy our home. and you won't ever be able to get a hold of anyone for anything ever

Formerly Timbercreek, Hazelview still has the same issues under the new name. Lack of notifications for work done which greatly impacts residents, sub par security (I have found people smoking, sleeping, selling drugs, etc in front of the front door/between the front door and the buzzer door), lack of care for residents (jack hammering less than 10ft from the units on the second floor for almost 3 weeks during lock down), along with issues when work is done, such as water not getting turned back on until the building manager is called. I would be happy to put up with all this if we weren't paying high rent, but sadly that isn't the case. Overall, if you actually want to live somewhere that is enjoyable, go anywhere but here. EDIT: the fact that they had a local reviewer leave a 5 star review, but it is actually an ad for the apartments, should tell you all you need to know.
D	Daniel Gagne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for three years, and wow has it ever gone downhill. The management is beyond awful. The construction has not stopped for over a year now, and they make constant mistakes that effect your living conditions. Do not ever expect anyone to be in the office, but the building manager is alright... but they don't clean the halls anymore and there will be times where the garbage piles up for a month in the garage. It has really become somewhere I don't like to live. Almost forgot that the heat is out of your control and pumps so much heat into your unit that the windows need to be left open for 90% of the winter and 100% of spring or fall (it becomes like a sauna)
